Intellectual Property Rights

What are intellectual property rights?

Intellectual property rights are divided into statutory rights (which are regulated by law) and non-statutory rights. When there are statutory rights that need to be registered and there are those that are not, these are rights that are protected after they are created.

Statutory rights that require registration -

A. patents.
B. samples.
third. Trademarks.
d. rights of cultivators

Statutory rights that do not require registration -

A. Copyright.
B. Trade secrets.

Non-statutory rights -

A. knowledge.
B. Confidential Information.

Our firm deals with legal advice and patent registration and faithfully accompanies its clients from the idea stage, through the stage of providing an opinion on infringement and qualifying for registration as a patent, and then deals with the registration itself and even in the enforcement stage of the patent when infringers of the right holders are discovered.

Our office specializes in providing legal advice in cases of copyright infringement, including infringement in website content, designs, professional publications in all types of media, in the fields of art and literature, and more.

Our office will provide you with legal advice on choosing an appropriate name for your business after giving you an opinion on its registration, as well as accompany you in registering a trademark with the Patent Authority and enforcing it in the courts, if and when it is discovered that they have improved your right to the mark.

Our office works with many designers, product designers and fashion designers regarding model registrations, and provides legal advice regarding the validity of the registration and even at the stage of enforcing the right after it has been registered in the courts when an infringer is caught trying to copy the customers' designs.
